Tuesday, October 11, at 6pm.
Learn to make the delicious Italian dumplings, Gnocchi, that will be served with a delicious Truffled Venison Cream Sauce, served with asparagus, a seasonal salad and Lemon Ricotta Cake.
Cost of class is $50 and participants receive a recipe printout and generous tasting of all dishes prepared. Chilled water is provided; and you may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.

Our address is: 967 Briarcliff Road; Briarcliff is a One-way road, please be cognizant of this when you arrive and depart.

-When you arrive at 6pm please park in our circle drive, on the street in front of our house, or in the parking lot of the pre-school next door. Please do not block the straight driveway to the left of our house as this is parking for our Airbnb .
-You may BYOB if you so choose, however (as always) please drink responsibly or consider an Uber.
-When you arrive please be cautious on the walkway into our historic house, there are a few steps to navigate.
