Here in the south, our food is as much a part of our personality as our people. This month as we continue to offer more dishes from our list of our favorite Southern Fare join us in the cottage kitchen Tuesday, September 20th when we will feature Mustard Crusted Pork Chops served with Mash Potatoes, Field Peas and mini Pecan Pie Gateaux (Tiny cakes that remind you of your grandmother’s pecan pie).
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
