On Tuesday, April 26th learn to prepare these simple Mexican dishes for your Cinco de Mayo celebration.   Our class will feature Chicken Enchiladas and, vegetarian or not, you will love these Cheese and Vegetable Enchiladas  served with Spanish Rice. Don’t forget everyone’s favorite….dessert and cocktails! We will prepare Mexican Fudge Brownies and Margaritas (ours will be virgin, of course).

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.
