Please Join us, Tuesday- May 7, at 6pm:
We will create a meal that features Roasted Salmon over Brown Rice with Miso-Wasabi Cream Sauce, this will be paired with Roasted Asparagus and Shiitake Mushrooms, a Microgreen Salad with Yuzu Vinaigrette, and for dessert Matcha Creme Brûlée.
Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full 
meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
