Tuesday, March 6 at 6:00pm- Enjoy a delicious dinner at KitchenAble as we prepare and serve Pesce Piccata, this delicious fish dish is pan-fried and served with a sauce made from capers, lemon juice, and white wine. Accompanied by Orzo and Roasted Vegetables, this delicious dinner will be followed by a refreshing Citrus Tart. (Fish used for this class will be a mild, white fish that is caught wild- not Tilapia.)
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
